Before you call, you may wish to check in our
Members Services area for
online technical support questions. They may save you a phone call. If the answer you're looking
for isn't there, and you're using Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP or NT, your
technical support representative may ask you to install VNC, a remote
access program that allows our representatives to make a "virtual
house call" to your PC. In many cases, we can fix the problem for you
this way, as long as you can at least dial up and connect to us.

Just click on "save to disk" if prompted, then use a program
like WinZip to unpack the files, and
run setup.exe. All set? Then we're only a call away!
